Responsible for managing team loan quality, deposit growth, documentation, and collection of a designated team, industry or institution's commercial bankingportfolio; including business development and compliance to ensure business objectives are attained and results are reported appropriately.
Coaches and motivates the Business Banking and Commercial Relationship Managers to achieve the sale of loans and deposits. Monitors the combined sales to performance goals of assigned branches. Responsible for selection, development and performance management of direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree; credit, TM, PWM and sales training. Manages up to 8 RMs, 8+ years experience, with average team portfolio size of $400MM - $1B
