This 15year old, private, 700 employee, entrepreneurial market leader?s business is booming and are growing their sales force! My client is looking to add an Account Executive (sales contributor) to their sales team in the South Central (TX+) region.

 

Sell enterprise Apple Systems and Device Management software to both enterprise and strategic accounts in geographical territory. Companies already have this challenge of not having a solution to manage their apple computers, tablets, phones, etc?and they are waiting for your call to make their lives easier ? to fix a problem that already exists for them. You finally have the solution, and, an ROI that sells itself!

 

Location: South TX remote (Austin and south, CO, AZ, NM). Ideal locations: Austin, Houston, San Antonio TX

Requirements:

8-10 years salesexperience success in following areas:

-         Endpoint/client/mobile/security systems management software background ? or related

-         Field Salesexperienceselling to both Enterprise and Strategic/SMB accounts

Must have engaging, qualifying, solution selling style (first learning about customers unique business challenges)

Independent ability to run territory, strategic account planning, territory planning, experience and success

Apple knowledge/experience is ideal, but not required

Genuine passion for Apple brand/technologies/culture

Demonstrated success working with partner reps to drive business

Balance of hunter and farmer

Commanding, comfortable presenter

Go-getter, customer first attitude

Intellectual curiosity, hunger and aptitude to learn

Should have general technical aptitude (to compliment presalessupport)

Ability to effectively manage a lot of transactions (not sales only, but also sales processes)

 

Compensation: $90k-$110k base/$180k-$220k+ OTE based on fit/experience. Upside based on mix of new business, renewals, company bonuses, etc.
