Your specific tasks include:

The Market Integration Manager role is designed to support markets in activating the LEGO owned digital ecosystem for all local initiatives. The role is set up at regional level and is accountable for several responsibilities’ areas/markets, where the manager is expected to generate impact and traction. Along with the Senior integration manager, you will strive on a daily basis to add value to the local plans, embedding owned channels in the local marketing mix to drive reach, engagement and ultimately drive active share. Key areas of accountability are:

• Activate kids owned and earned channels in the local marketing mix in collaboration with the local marketing organization & media agencies

• Grow LEGO digital Ecosystem and demonstrate its value in the regions

• Use data and insights to steer best practice and support consumer knowledge building

Challenges and Opportunities

The Kids Engagement Team is responsible for creating and maintaining a range of connected digital experiences that allows the LEGO Group to offer inspirational, personal and social experiences to consumers across all touch points – with kids and tweens as the primary target audience. It is a core part of the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO experiences in meaningful ways which creates deeper consumer engagement and improved consumer life time value.

Do you have what it takes?

• 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
• Experience in launching new digital touchpoint and activate them in marketing mix to drive value
• Candidate profiles could be Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Acquisition Manager or CRM Manager. More junior profiles would be considered if the ability to ‘step up’ to manager level can be demonstrated.
• Experience and cultural understanding for USA and Southern American region
• Strong data querying and interpretation skills
• Marketing, business management or similar business/marketing university degree.

• The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus in this role.
