Maximize sales revenue, grow direct customer accounts, and manage international sales agents.


*** Develop sales business plan and strategy for multiple Corrosion Control Supplies product line markets.


*** Ensure sales personnel and agents meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.


*** Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate markets. Design and recommend sales and marketing programs.


*** Build direct and dealer sales pipeline and develop opportunities.


*** Provide feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.


*** Quote competitive price on completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval.


*** Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.


*** Create and conduct proposal presentations to dealers, customers, and internal staff.


*** Serve as subject matter expert on ship building and maritime industry services related to ship repair, building, and similar.


*** Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.


*** Communicate company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes to team.
