Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions in assigned area(s) for both public and confidential positions
  • Identify, screen and present top candidates to hiring managers for review
  • Utilize and evaluate effectiveness of recruitment sources and applicant tracking systems
  • Follow up with hiring managers to obtain feedback on candidate resumes and interview feedback
  • Manage and document hiring requirements, candidate evaluations, interview process, and hiring decisions
  • Negotiate compensation package/offers and obtain offer approvals from proper approval chains according to department organizational standards
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns
  • Recruit top talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process; share and exchange information with all levels of management

Required Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting technical and non-technical positions in a manufacturing environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and be able to work under pressure
  • Strong execution and team player
  • Proactive and receptive to new ideas
  • Strong sense of responsibility, properly keep confidential information
  • Self-initiative, independent and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, learning and successfully working in multicultural environments

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience creating workforce plans with business partners
  • Demonstrated history of collecting and using data to make decisions
