The company has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Manufacturing & Process Engineer.

This position reports to the R & D Manager and works with the Production Manager to implement processes that maximize productivity and efficiency. The main responsibilities of this position include: analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout; developing tools/implementing equipment that will reduce bottlenecks and/or creating efficiencies; identifying and analyzing ROI for automated processes that will improve efficiency
The qualified candidate will have a related degree and 5-7 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer (or 7-10 years of experience if no degree) preferably in the pro-audio industry. High level understanding and direct work experience with manufacturing processes, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as is the ability to independently and effectively problem solve. Must have proven successful experience managing a project.
