Delphi, the premier supplier of leading edge automotive electronics solutions is seeking a dynamic, creative and self-driven Manufacturing Engineering Manager. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a challenging, fast pace team environment and want to contribute to Delphi’s ongoing game changing technology innovation.

Our Kokomo Morgan Street operations facility is leading the way in Electrification of customer vehicles around the globe and setting the pattern for additional facilities in other regions. These stat of the art Electrification Inverters, Converters, Battery Charges and Lithium Ion Battery Controllers are manufactured on highly automated equipment needing talented engineers and leader to develop and maintain the highest levels of quality and reliability.

This position is being filled for our manufacturing facility in Kokomo, IN. Must be able to work with multi-shift operations.


  • Provide leadership and mentoring to a group of 10-15 manufacturing engineers

  • Recruit and hire new engineers

  • Perform ongoing evaluations and provide performance feedback to direct reports

  • Resource planning and tracking

  • Lead manufacturing first time quality performance improvement projects

  • Support manufacturing process uptime improvements

  • Coordinate technical training to maintenance, quality and other technical support people

 Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Operations Management

  • 10 + years with problem solving and using negotiating skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering

  • Experience with electronics assembly processes and testing
