A blend of Engineering and Manufacturing, you’ll be at the heart of Rivian's production launch process.
• You'll establish manufacturability specifications for feasibility and scalability.
•Collaborate with main stakeholders in the completion of PFMEA, PPAP and quality inspections; and optimize processes for volume manufacturing.
•Drive our electronic modules through from LRIP to High Volume with the contract manufacturer and at the Rivian vehicle assembly plant.
•Help proactively identify high risk areas in production and the engineering design cycle.
•Work with contract manufacturers to perform DFM analysis and optimize at all levels.
•Identify, root cause analysis, track issues and work with Design Engineers on necessary design changes throughout the production and vehicle launch process.

•Ability to manage ambiguity and create clarity, oversee multiple projects and make them better.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing engineering of electronic modules.
•3+ years experience in engineering design and change control
•Proven experience tracking the progress of multiple projects.
•Experience with production capacity analysis (installed vs planned capacity, OEE, etc)
•Experience in the Failure Analysis of Electronic Modules.
