Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 1-5 yrs experience in high volume automotive precision machining operations., will consider recent grad who has good internship/co-opexperience in a high volume precision machining plant.
Requirements include knowledge of standard quality systems(TS16949)(PPAP,GR&R,R&R) Knowledge of key engineering systems(Lean, VSM, ECN, Kaizen, PFMEA, APQP) and exceptional problem solving skills.
Responsibilities include standardizing processes and engineering documentation, documenting continuous improvement efforts, overseeing product launches from start to finish, quoting new projects.
Successful candidates will be flexible, able to multi-task, be self starters and possess hands on mentality.
