The Director– Integrated Supply Chain for the Honeywell Process Solutions Honeywell Thermal Solutions Line of business will provide global leadership and strategy a with a total annual revenue of $500M. The incumbent will determine the overall manufacturing strategy, provide direction, and oversight for the execution of restructuring projects and achievement of operational goals and deliverables. The scope includes: leading manufacturing operations in 8 plants in 5 different countries (US, Belgium, Germany, and India, and China), support for various transformation programs, quality and facility improvements, and operational excellence. In addition to 7 direct reports, the incumbent is responsible for the matrix reporting of all functional leaders for their organization.  Success in this role requires leadership across a complex regional, business, and functional matrix. 


Assuring safe and environmentally compliant work processes and operations across all manufacturing facilities. 
Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy focusing on footprint rationalization and optimization, supply chain efficiency, continuous improvement strategy, and quality improvement strategy supporting profitable growth for the enterprise and world class operations. 
Establishing an infrastructure and discipline which allows Smart Energy to quickly and effectively ramp up new product introduction. Applying and incorporating key metrics which will allow effective management of core processes. 
Implementing continuous seamless operations and manufacturing processes from planning, sourcing and procurement, and manufacturing, through to delivery.
Supporting deployment of the HOS OTC, including integration of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, techniques and tools into all production processes as key drivers to process and continuous productivity improvements.
Develop and maintain a quality control program that assures customers receive a quality product, manufactured at a competitive cost; programs that assure proper purchasing practices, and achieve and maintain competitive and reliable delivery performance at optimum costs. 
Ability to build and develop a world class operations leadership team, including early career talent pipelines and leadership succession planning.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical or business degree
  • Significant manufacturing and supply chain experience. Minimum of 15+ years of appropriate experience with a demonstrated track record of operations strategy, execution delivery and of utilizing people effectively


  • Masters Degree or MBA preferred
