The Firm is Growing
We built the best way there is to sell a company, and now we've implemented a plan for scaling the firm rapidly. Sniper Process is the only M&A process that is scalable and this will create incredible opportunities for our team to participate in the firm's success. Leadership roles will be created as we grow nationally and hire a combination of deal originators (this role) and an execution team (different role) who will be based in Dallas.
Managing Director Role
The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for sourcing deal flow (sellers of middle market companies north of $2 million EBITDA) directly from business owners or indirectly through strategic partner referral sources. The MD will utilize our proprietary Sniper Process to build those relationships and present it as a better alternative to the standard auction process offered by every investment banker today.
In addition, the MD will be involved in the execution of deals that he or she originates.
In our team oriented culture, there are opportunities to work together on deals originated by others and by the firm through our marketing efforts, and compensation reflects that.
It's important that the candidate has the experience necessary to build relationships with our strategic referral partners (accounting firms, law firms, etc) and the ability to communicate with business owners running companies with north of $10 million sales.
Experience may include executive leadership roles, investment banking, private equity, and business development.
A general knowledge of the M&A process is important.
We believe Sniper Process will disrupt our industry and enable Managing Directors to close more deals than ever attainable using the traditional M&A process. We pay higher percentages of success fees than industry averages, and leadership roles within the firm are available.
