BOLT is searching for a Managing Director, Sales who will report to the Executive Vice President and has direct responsibility for meeting individual sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Can effectively develop and execute an enterprise software and solutions based sales plan
  • Is a high-performing enterprise solution sales person
  • Can excel in a startup type entrepreneurial environment
  • Has a track record of exceeding annual sales goals
  • Will excel in a longer sales cycle and team selling environment
  • Understands the P&C distribution vertical for Personal and /or Commercial lines
  • Will continuously prospect to build a solid sales funnel

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years' relevant sales experience
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence others
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process
  • Driven and able to work independently
  • Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

  • The salary range for this position is based on experience
