We are seeking a driven and inspiring Managing Director to establish and grow a new office in Dallas, TX. This person will be responsible for sales, business development and overall portfolio client development and management for the TOLA Region.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Managing Director’s primary responsibility is to leverage his/her own expertise and network and the expertise of the team, for the development of new business and the management and growth of existing accounts. This Managing Director will help set the strategic direction for the region and be responsible for leading visioning sessions and driving demand within our client base, prospects, and partner community.

The Managing Director will work with both subject matter experts (SMEs) and dedicated Account Leads (ALs) on both existing and net new accounts to grow the portfolio of business in the region. The ideal candidate has the ability to continually develop new business within existing accounts and identify, engage and close new accounts using a wide array of Acumen's cloud solution offerings.

Expectations as the GEO Leader

  • Responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Region
  • Chief culture and brand promoter
  • Central point of contact for all regional office decisions
  • Create strong relationships with all employees within the region
  • Responsible for socializing and supporting corporate decisions and initiatives in alignment with headquarters
  • Budget responsibilities


Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 15+ years’ experience
  • 5+ years Professional Services selling experience or Management Consulting selling experience is a must have
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Experience working with cloud focused channel partners (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics)
  • CRM cloud based solutions experience is preferred
  • Salesforce consulting experience is preferred
  • Resolute attitude to drive new business and take the TOLA Region to the next level
  • Experience diverse and distributed managing 10-20+ person teams
  • Must be authorized to work for any US employer
  • Ability to travel within the region and nationally
