Job Description

We are excited to be adding a new member to our team! As a Manager, Marketing Strategist on this team, you willbe responsible for leading analysis of market and brand insights and intelligence to help inform positioning and marketing strategy across all verticals of the business. You will evaluate and improve marketing measurement, develop quantitative and qualitative market research programs, monitor market trends, research markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. You willalso select, negotiate contracts, and partner with market research agencies and vendors to support research and analytics needs. In addition, you will manage a budget tosupport market research needs of all marketing and brand activities. As the Marketing Strategist you will play an integral role in identifying opportunities through intelligence to enhance the value and importance of our brand through appropriate market analysis.

In addition, you will also manage a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing routine associate situations; developing team goals while managing them for results; & developing associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planningApply Now Back to Description

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Math, Finance or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years of Marketing work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, Market Research and/or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing strategic market research programs to help inform Brand and Marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and programs
  • Experience developing and synthesizing disparate sources of data into actionable insights
  • Experience with modeling techniques like Discrete Choice Modeling, Max-Diff, SEM, REM etc.
  • Experience with SPSS or R for research analysis
  • Experience with constructing discussion guides and moderator guidance for in-depth telephone interviews, focus groups, etc. in qualitative research studies
  • Background in healthcare, hospital, life sciences, health insurance or pharmaceutical marketing
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills and the abilityto work effectively in a matrixed organization


  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
