The Manager of Workforce Management Budgeting is responsible for supervising all aspects of the store and field budgets including contribution to design, management of the model, seasonal forecasting, and long-range planning for hours & payroll. This position interacts with all levels of the Organization that have an impact on budgeting needs: Finance, Human Resources, all field areas (i.e. regions, stores).Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Oversee the design and accuracy of the bottoms-up selling and support budget builds

• Ensure weekly forecast releases for scheduled hours builds are in alignment with approved budget plans

• Partner with HR and Finance peers to track hours and payroll expenditure

• Work with home office partners to obtain budget volume driver inputs while also obtaining periodic updates to refresh the hours model accordingly

• Workload plan task allocation to ensure consistency in volume for back-end functions and processes

• Communicate workload plans to home office and field partners

• Build long-range hours and payroll plans in alignment with company strategies and goals

• Leverage labor standards to scenario plan productivity targets that satisfy payroll constraints

• Maintain a real-time view of payroll and hours performance

• Leverage the WFM system to generate forecasts by week, month, and seasons

• Develop granular reporting that provides visibility to Company, Zone, Region, and Store performance to budget

• Work with field and store leadership to ensure a comprehensive understanding of hour and payroll metric targets

• Serve as the voice of stores for hours to support workload needs

Education / Experience Requirements:

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience

• 5+ years of retail and staffing analyst experience

• Advanced in Budgeting & Payroll processes

• Advanced in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Access

• Supervisory experience

• Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience

• 7+ years of retail and staffing analyst experience
