Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate the supply, material flow, and storage of inventory from our manufacturing facility through to the customer.
  • Control flow of materials and/or products to ensure arrival according to schedule and specifications to maximize efficiency.
  • Work with field support and customer service to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • May also coordinate with customs agencies as necessary to ensure timely delivery/receipt of products in the absence of a dedicated Import/Export Specialist.
  • Responsible for supervising the smooth operation of inventory control processes including shop floor control, stock location control, integrity of data entry, and accurate cycle counting.
  • Oversees the receiving functions of receipt verification, data entry, routing to inspection, putting inventory away, configuration of product, kitting, etc.
  • Oversees, supervises, and schedules shipping activities.
  • Meet warehouse financial standards by providing budgeting information, monitoring expense, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions
  • Reviews ongoing effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, use of space, and protection of equipment. Makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Supervises warehouse team, including staffing and assignment of duties.
  • Comply with all safety regulations including state, federal, and company policies
  • Interfaces closely and regularly with people in other departments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • BS/BA degree in business, logistics or engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant logistics and distribution management experience
  • Experience with running an ISO certified warehouse operation including creating process mapping and process work instructions
  • Proven background in providing strategic and operational leadership
  • Extremely strong organizational skills
  • Experience developing processes and managing through key performance indicators
  • Proven background and experience in continuous process improvement
  • Creative problem solver
  • Complete familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory control methods, and data collection
  • Working understanding of supply chain and customs compliance and documentation
  • Capable of safely lifting 50 pounds
  • Competency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
