The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers who deliver a tool performance monitoring and benchmarking service globally.Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to professional staff. Build a global team that will analyze data from Applied's tools and score the tools on various performance metrics. Develop applications to streamline and automate tool monitoring. Build a knowledge base of tool performance. Partner closely with business units, account teams, marketing, and field service to develop roadmaps for improving tool performance and to develop key performance indices for measuring tool performance. Accountable for meeting the team's annual objectives. Report team results to management and participate in management reviews. Create internal and external marketing content for the tool monitoring and benchmarking service.Education
Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, physical science, computer science, or mathematics.Experience:
15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.Requirements
