Manage the telehealth services operations and programs for internal staff and external partners and monitor all implementation strategies.
Collaborate with leadership on designing telehealth programs, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for implementation and evaluation of the telehealth programs.
Identify clinical workflows as new telehealth programs and services are implemented.
Develop and conduct telehealth training for clinical sites, specialty groups and internal departments.
Responsible for developing best practices that support members, primary care provider organizations and multi-specialty vendor group interests.
Collect and analyze telehealth utilization and key performance indicator data. Track and analyze trends to the quality, utilization, satisfaction, and billing of telehealth services to evaluate the programs effectiveness and potential areas of improvement
Troubleshoot telehealth operational issues and resolve programmatic operational gaps.
Assists with identifying and analyzing opportunities for telehealth business development.
Ability to travel
Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of telehealth activities, clinical practice, or virtual health care experience in a provider, plan, or technology supplier environment experience. Prior knowledge of managed care preferred. Experience with rural health care needs preferred.
