Manager, Technology Products

Current technology in use:

            • Oblong Mezzanine

            • Prysm Digital Workplace

            • Surface Hub in the Lab at Chicago's Corporate office


·      Identify potential offices within JLL's site portfolio that could use high-end technology for client facing and sales needs

·      Understand business needs and document requirements to assist with technology selection

·      Ongoing R&D to ensure thorough knowledge of emerging innovative technology on the market that may be incorporated into sales rooms

·      Participate in office projects to act as subject matter expert on showcase technology

·      Architecture oversight to ensure a successful technology setup and configuration that compliments the end-user needs

·      Deep understanding of network and setup requirements to translate the need back to the Infrastructure Team

·      Identify support needs for each office to ensure showcase technologies are working and available for all meeting needs

·      Develop a rollout plan for office projects to successfully introduce the business owner at each office to the showcase room and encourage adoption

·      Train users on best practices / proper way to work in this space and leverage the technology

·      Develop long-term training program to ensure knowledge expands as needs evolve

·      Maintain a thorough understanding of JLL technology and functionality to ensure each tool displays and showcases well within the sales rooms

·      Vendor relationship management

·      Long-term content development and management, to evolve with growing business and client needs

·      Partnership with Marketing for design of user-interface

·      Collaborate with Technology Product Owners to develop content for sales needs

·      Thorough knowledge of JLL sales / marketing and client-facing tools and champion capabilities with business teams

·      Understanding of local market needs and act as liaison between sales teams and product teams to streamline content for ease of use and showcase on a large touch screen

·      Develop program for ongoing maintenance and refresh of content

·      Establish relationship with Market stakeholders and IT Product Owners to understand and articulate business need for evolution of internal tools to ensure compatibility with collaboration/innovativetechnology

·      Closepartnership with global point of sale technology owners to ensure consistency across JLL's international office portfolio and ongoing collaboration with SMEs in other regions


Proven skillset: 

·      Candidate must have the ability to interface with the company's top performers and demonstrate good customer service skills to instill confidence from those at the executive level

·      Thorough technical knowledge of system compatibility, networking and security needs as well as implementation requirements to ensure the technology will work in the JLL environment

Key Expectations:

·      Drive and facilitate releases across various applications and web experiences within the program

·      Hands-onproject management skills

·      Adept at articulating technical implications to business users/stakeholders

·      Owning the program schedule from design to release

·      Partnering effectively with other teams within and outside of the Americas technical team


·      BachelorsDegree

·      10+years experience in technology project coordination

·      Be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment - where change is the only constant.

·      Detail-oriented to ensure that project is a success

·      Strong verbal and communication skills

·      Strongexperience in creating or redesigning, rolling out and executing organizational processes

·      Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a very rapidly changing environment

·      Be able to disagree, yet align, when dealing with different stakeholders

·      Ability to work well with clients and juggle competing demands

·      Results oriented and with a strong customer focus


·      Adept at usage of various tools such as Microsoft Excel & Project

·      Network &/or Server Administration experience

·      3-5years experience of building and designing office technology solutions

·      Digital Design experience a major plus

·      Marketing or Sales experience in a Corporate environment

·      Audio Visual display knowledge

·      Video Codec knowledge

·      Integrated Audio Knowledge

·      Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
