Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Technology, Deloitte Digital, Digital Customer in Denver, CO and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You’ll DoContribute to the firm's growth and development. Support day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Oversee components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Provide guidance for the identification of business requirements, functional design, and process design including scenario design and flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Develop and maintain contact and relationship with top decision makers at key clients; participate in aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Define systems strategy; develop systems requirements; design, prototype, test, and define support procedures and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Oversee team in performing analysis of CRM and CPQ solutions for clients, evaluating current state system, gathering business requirements, and providing strategic recommendations for optimization of complex selling processes. Guide the preparation of technical design documents for implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud (SaaS) using Waterfall, Agile and RUP methodologies. Assist team with analyzing and designing integration requirements for CRM and ERP systems utilizing Oracle CPQ Cloud and providing strategic recommendations for automating the sales processes. Provide guidance for the design and configuration of Sales and Service cloud applications on Salesforce platform and integrate to a CPQ solution including Oracle CPQ Cloud. Assist team with performing root cause and gap analysis of existing systems and solutions for optimizing and improving sales process. Guide the design and configuration of Sales and Financial dashboards with key KPIs to help aide in making executive decisions to improve process and efficiencies. #LI-DNI Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Management, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS) or a related field.
  • Must have five years of progressively responsibleexperience providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.
  • Must have fiveyears ofexperiencewith:
    • Performing analysis of CRM and CPQ solutions for clients, evaluating current state system, gathering business requirements, and providing strategic recommendations for optimization of complex selling processes;
    • Preparing technical design documents for implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud (SaaS) using Waterfall, Agile and RUP methodologies;
    • Analyzing and designing integration requirements for CRM and ERP systems utilizing Oracle CPQ Cloud and providing strategic recommendations for automating the sales processes;

  • 80% travelrequired.
