Overview The Technical Delivery Manager will be a critical role for the success of the newly formed Technical Innovation Team. This anchor position is one that requires deep technical understanding (likely from software engineering past roles), but with the soft skills of a Business Analyst to work with SME’s and stakeholders across the organization. This is a position that will facilitate inceptions, workshops, and guide discussions to elicit desired outcomes. The candidate will be leading project work through an agile methodology, also providing technical “hands on keyboard” on occasion to help work output. The ideal candidate is a poly-glot, poly-cloud technologist and people-person, that is driven to root out ambiguity, and will drive to specificity around success criteria, and business outcomes. Failing fast is the mantra of the team, with the understanding that failing fast isn’t failure, rather, it’s the outcome of hypothesis driven work product.
