This position manages Aerojet Rocketdyne's (AR) Talent Management function including a team of Talent Planning and Performance Management consultants to the business, as well as the Talent Management system functionality and user support. This role is responsible for executing the AR Talent Management strategy and future road map, and will act as a consultant to the business and HR leadership, ensuring Talent and Performance needs of the business are met. The Talent Management Manager will act as an expert in Talent Review, Succession Planning and Performance Management; and will advise the larger HR team in areas of mutual impact and advances in the Talent industry in an effort to keep AR on the cutting edge of performance and developing a pipeline of leadership.
40% - Build and lead a team of Talent Management professionals to ensure best-in-class delivery to the business.
40% - Act as an advisor to the business in talent assessment with the ability to influence leadership in driving the right talent and leadership solutions.
10% - Oversee Talent and Performance reporting and data integrity.
10% - Ensure the Talent Management platform and employee/manager-facing functionality is compelling and user-friendly.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and nine (9) years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.
