Job Description

This position will be responsible for implementing talent management processes and programs, organizational development and facilitation of training with the business units they support (or other organizations as needed). This includes but is not limited to\: succession and development planning (SDP), performance management, career planning, leadership, high-potential and team development, training, mentoring, coaching, competency assessments, and employee engagement strategies including action plans resulting from employee relations audits and Denison cultural surveys.

Job Requirements

• Partner with HR Business Partners on Talent Management processes for assigned business units
•Partner with HR Business Partners on various learning & development needs
•Facilitate and design professional and leadership development to meet business needs
•Conduct analyses of talent management trends and design strategies to address talent challenges, gaps, and process improvements for business unit
•Provide consultative support to HR team, clients and managers for career development, performance management, competency assessments, performance gap analysis, and designing and conducting programs that build professional and leadership skills and capabilities
•Oversee the Succession Planning and Development Process
•Utilize Meritor Succession Planning processes and tools to identify and develop talent with HR Business Partners
•Design and deliver learning & development strategies as required for assigned business units
•Conduct 360 assessments and deliver coaching to leaders
•Design, develop and implement teambuilding activities
•Assure alignment with training delivery methods, education and development programs to business
•Work as part of the Global Talent Management team to ensure alignment with Global Talent Management Processes and programs
•Work as part of the Global Talent Management team on various Talent Management projects


•Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR or a related field preferred.
•7-10 years of experience in succession planning, leadership development, employee development, training and career planning
•Ability to conduct needs assessments for learning & development
•Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
•Excellent facilitation skills to deliver training
•Strong problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing independently
•Manufacturing experience (preferred)
