Job Summary

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Social Media Specialist is a results-driven recruitment marketing professional with the ability to create and implement marketing plans to expand Travelers employment brand. This role will be responsible for developing and leading innovative social media/email campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Glassdoor, as well as designing and managing the analytics of these tools.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

Researches trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies; maintains partnerships with existing channels and partners. Partners with recruiters to develop and implement creative sourcing plans for high volume and specialized positions including the use of social media and email marketing tools. Creates, manages and grows Travelers employment brand across social media channels. Trains recruiters on best practices of social media use for recruiting purposes. Collaborates with recruiters to ensure compliance with Travelers Marketing and Communications guidelines. Builds and maintains social content calendar. Interprets data and trends to create/optimize strategic recommendations. Coordinates with HR Communications on content design. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required as well as a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a marketing, communications, or sourcing function, including a minimum of 3 years of experience developing and executing social media strategies, coordinating email marketing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge

Thorough working knowledge of social media and social media tools, as well as SEO (Site Engine Optimization). Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing creative approaches to marketing communications.

Thorough attention to detail with the advanced ability to manage multiple priorities. Advanced oral/written communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced ability to extract relevant insights from social media data and ability to communicate results effectively. Strong collaborator with advanced ability to work with all levels of management. Advanced ability to anticipate social media trends in order to proactively modify strategies accordingly.
