Position Overview

The Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs contributes to Ralph Lauren's success by leading a portfolio of Talent Acquisition programs that enable our ability to attract, engage and hire diverse top talent on an enterprise level. This individual will design, implement and be accountable for Ralph Lauren's recruitment programs that lead with RL's employer brand. This work includes programs such as University Relations, employee referral, strategic sourcing & recruitment marketing. They will manage vendors such as LinkedIn, HireVue and Glassdoor as well as manage other strategic partnerships. This individual will have a holistic view of our employer brand and will effectively tether it into our talent strategy, career site, collateral /campaigns and portals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

University Relations

  • Manage all University Relations activity including: Summer Internship program strategy, recruitment and offer extension, program logistics, and metrics
  • Partner globally to provide tools & resources
  • Own the creation and execution of a Graduate rotation program

Employer Brand / Candidate Experience

  • Deliver relevant, updated content and imagery to Company careers site and third party vendors
  • Execute brand social calendar strategy in partnership with Corporate Communications
  • Analyze data from employer brand sites and create a monthly progress report for senior leadership highlighting key activity, metrics and initiatives
  • Create a center of excellence for branded, globally consistent recruitment collateral based on region/channel business needs
  • Ensure a seamless experience throughout the candidate journey, reflective of our EVP

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive strategic initiatives and improvements by partnering with Super Users
  • Manage the employee referral program; drive global consistency and continued marketing/improvements to ensure success
  • Proactively identify current and future recruitment strategies to help optimize recruitment process and researching cutting edge technologies/industry best practices.
  • Own third party relationships with Talent Acquisition vendors
  • Update global talent acquisition governance, policies and best practices as needed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree; minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting, program management or employer brand
  • Expertise in developing and executing employer brand strategy and programs
  • Strategic/systemic thinker and story teller who can set vision, influence, execute and lead
  • Passion for digital media that results in targeted candidate pool generation
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity simultaneously
  • Proactive thinker who is curious, takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision
