What you will do:
•Coach recruiters to successfully manage the complete recruitment to hire life-cycle and meet the business staffing needs.
•Manage and optimize entire internal as well as external staffing resources; as well as develop proposals for new or change in resources and tools.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare sourcing and recruitment strategy for existing and future needs.
•Develop and deliver tools, training and coaching to hiring managers and HR team as needed to assure staffing methods are followed and optimize talent acquisition success
•Develop and maintain talent acquisition branding and advertising tools and campaigns, including social media
•Evaluate time to fill, interview to placement ratio and cost per hire; and stimulate improvement
•Monitor and provide hiring metrics to organization as required.
•Ensure to comply with organization's staffing policies as well as procedures.
•Monitor maintenance of all internal resume tracking system (ATS).
•Ensure constant corporate image across recruiting campaigns.
•Evaluate existing hiring needs and prepare staffing plan to accomplish goals.
•Manage and lead external recruitment sources inclusive of employment agencies contract negotiations.
•Develop and update staffing programs, policies, procedures, forms and tools; ensure legal and regulatory compliance and employ best practices.
&bullectly work with hiring managers to directly recruit for management, technical or specialty positions or other openings as needed to support business needs and staffing demands on the team.
•Collaborate with applicable HR team members to contribute to buildout and enhancement of applicant tracking functionality and configuration (and other HR systems and tools) to support staffing programs, policies and procedures.
•Contribute to cross-discipline HR initiatives-Collaborate effectively within the HR team as well as with management and key stakeholders across the company.
•Align with and demonstrate company core values (People, Innovation and Excellence) -Effectively deliver results aligned with HR and business objectives.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Skills you have:
•Proven success as a recruiting manager/lead, or recruitment consultant
•Demonstrated experience as super-user or manager of Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR systems and applications
•Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations
•Experience with phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
•Expertise managing and leveraging social media tools and other professional networks for recruitment
•Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
•Strong decision-making skills.
Education and Experience:
•BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
•6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high growth environment that includes technical, professional, management, and non-exempt positions. Experience recruiting for healthcare industry highly desired.
•Experience as manager/lead with responsibility for direction and results of recruiters
•Experience developing recruiting and staffing strategies, tools and programs
•Experience with high volume call center and healthcare recruiting preferred.
•Experience that demonstrates ability to successfully perform job functions.
