Job Summary We are seeking a results-oriented Talent Acquisition leader who performs and manages the full lifecycle recruiting process for complex profit and nonprofit entities. This role will partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to understand talent strategies and business needs. They will report to the Senior Director of Talent Management and has one direct report. In this role, you will lead the talent acquisition function to ensure operational excellence in service delivery, while directly providing consultation and guidance in: planning, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of the right talent to position the division for success in meeting its short- and long-term goals. In addition, will embrace the Enterprise mission and commitment to attracting, developing, retaining a talent pipeline that is inclusive, equitable and diverse.



  • Job Responsibilities Directly accountable and responsible for recruiting a high volume of positions including executive and key niche roles.
  • The ability to recruit for a broad portfolio, including financial services, real estate, capital products, community programs, fund raising, and policy is desirable.
  • Partner with HR colleagues, Marketing and business leaders to create dynamic recruiting marketing/promotional material and strategic recruitment campaigns.
  • Develops and implements a new, innovative talent sourcing strategy to attract key talent.
  • Pipeline Building - Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify workforce requirements to achieve the organization's short- and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Provide metrics and status updates to HRBPs and hiring managers ensure the right candidates are identified for each role.
  • Leverages prospecting and networking skills to build and maintain a network of contacts and potential candidates. Develops and maintains relationships with professional associations, search firms, and other recruitment sources. Attends appropriate conferences and association meetings to network.
  • Recruitment Process: Continually review and optimize the recruitment process to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness. Leverages existing and new metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process and its component parts. Incorporates customer expectations and industry benchmarks into the metrics process. Strives for performance that meets or exceeds goals and metrics.
  • Guarantees positive experiences for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Responsible for day to day support, growth and development of direct report.
  • Educates and coaches hiring managers on the overall recruiting process and industry best practices.
  • Ensures that diverse pools of talent are identified and leveraged for candidate sourcing and ensures that diverse slates of applicants are presented to hiring managers.
  • Ensures that recruiting and employment practices are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with some experience in employment practice
  • Experienced in recruiting professional-staff ranging from entry- to executive-level is strongly preferred
  • Experience supervising and developing staff
  • Relevant professional certification preferred, such as: Certified Internet Recruiter, Certified Staffing Professional, Professional Recruiter Certification, or PHR/SPHR
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment process and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Workday Recruiting experience is a plus
