Your Mission

 

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties*:

·         Leads the delivery of Talent Acquisition metrics and analysis overall and by business, ensuring that the data is relevant, timely and tells a meaningful story

·         Conduct quarterly updates with the HR and Talent Acquisition leadership team to share key Talent Acquisition metrics and insights

·         Manages Talent Acquisition surveys (candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, etc.) and reports out on results and opportunities in action-oriented manner

·         Conducts and manages all Talent Acquisition reporting (such as monthly or bi-weekly key Talent Acquisition metrics reporting)

·         Conducts predictive and behavioral modeling in support of talent acquisition, helping to understand where and how we hire the best employees for Activision Blizzard

·         Leads the delivery of ad hoc analyses on Talent Acquisition topics to drive strategic and tactical decision-making and conducts trend analysis to measure ongoing results

·         Serves as subject matter expert for Activision Talent Acquisition-related metrics

·         Consults with Center of Excellence leaders and business partners to identify business opportunities that will drive performance improvements

·         Benchmarks key measures against external industry, region and "best in class" peers and applies best practice research to identify links between Talent Acquisition and business performance and improve predictive capability

·         Plays a SME role on HR technology projects as related to Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics

 

Player Profile

 

·         BA or BS required, MS or PHD preferred 

·         4+ years professional experience in Talent Acquisition Analytics, Workforce Analytics or related experience, with exposure and understanding of reporting and HR systems  

·         Experience with business intelligence visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Visier)

·         Experience with creating PowerPoint presentations to tell a compelling story using data and analytics

·         Passion for empirical research and qualitative research 

·         Advanced spreadsheet skills and proficiency with statistical packages (SPSS, R, SAS, etc.)

·         Experience with statistical analysis, predictive and behavioral modeling

·         Ability to synthesize data, metrics and analysis across different functions of Human Resources, multiple systems, internal and external sources and integrate into a holistic, actionable direction

·         High-impact communication skills with ability to present complex data in logical, concise and insightful ways

·         Collaborative team player with exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills

·         Results orientation with strong track record of success and real impact

·         Evidence of learning quickly and ability to build on existing business foundations

·         Strong attention to detail and project management skills

·         Ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
