Project Management/Business Requirements

  • Liaison to IT on key projects that have a significant spend and/or a high degree of operational complexity and impact.
  • Project management for Supply Chain systems technology projects (custom development, Reporting projects)
  • Working with all areas of supply chain for functional project requirements
  • Lead enterprise projects through scope phase and partner with IS thru implementation
  • Manage the project pipeline and enhancement requests for existing systems
  • Organizational change management
  • Training and deployment

Continuous Process Improvement – Supply Chain Systems

  • Leverage process reporting to improve and enhance customer service and recommend system or process improvements
  • Participate and guide planning/prioritization of Supply Chain IT projects

Continuous Improvement – Customer Service Relationships

  • Proactively consider customer service impacts to system changes and help organization to address through training and/or relationship management
  • Work with all supply chain end users to establish areas of need/continuous improvement for supply chain technology
  • Develop and maintain all aspects of system training for Supply Chain
  • Technology Innovation

Lead Project Teams

  • Efficiently manage project team members to meet goals and objectives
  • Resource planning, business resources for projects


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain Logistics and/or technology systems
  • 5-7 years systems experience, including project management, scoping and implementation
  • Excellent project management skills, PMP certification preferred
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent change management skills
