Job Summary
Under general direction, this position is responsible for leading the Business Resource Center employees and ensuring the effective operation of the center to meet service level agreements to the staff counsel organization. Responsibilities include the acquisition, development, management, engagement and retention oftalent needed to effectively and sustainably meet the volume and complexity requirements. This position ensures staff has training and resources required to accomplish goals. This position is responsible for setting workobjectives and goals for employees and managing their performance. This position is typically involved in compensation decisions. Employees have a formal reporting relationship to this job. This job is a manager ofstaff.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures staffing levels are maintained to meet service agreements. Evaluates work volumes and makes staff adjustments as needed. Acquires, leads, motivates and retains a diverse team. Trains, coaches and develops team. Solves routine and complex problems. Ensures all equipment is in good working order and well maintained. Ensures the team has the resources needed to work effectively. Assesses quality and evaluates and manages team/individual performance. Ensures strong team communications through effective team management strategies. Monitors operational effectiveness through various reports and metrics. Identifies and implements process improvements. Builds credibility, trust and respect with the team and field partners. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
High School Degree or GED required. A minimum of 5+ years managing people in a legal operational environment required. Proficient in use of email, MS Office, internet search engines, and other software/applications required.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
