Description

Manager of Solutions Consulting (MSC) will be primarily responsible for leading all solutions consultant activities including, contributions to product management/strategy in addition to supporting marketing activities for key Sage Intacct vertical(s). The MSC will work closely with the Director of Solutions Consulting, Sr. Director of Solutions Consulting, VP of Sales, VP of Product to align sales and product strategy. The MSC will play a key role in the success of the direct and channel sales activities for Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership to the solution consulting team to ensure high-impact demonstrations of Sage Intacct's solutions are delivered to prospects
  • Ensure solution consultants are fully and effectively scheduled and utilized on qualified opportunities to drive quota achievement
  • Provide direction to solution consulting to effectively determine customer's needs and present value added solutions to address their needs
  • Partner with senior management to update the effectiveness of the solution consulting team
  • Collaborate with sales management to achieve revenue targets
  • Recruit and develop solution consulting talent to meet company objectives
  • Support, coach and mentor individuals in achievement of their personal development needs

Requirements:

  • 10+ year's experience in solution consulting, or customer success role for accounting or ERP applications
  • 5+ year's experience in a solutions consulting management or equivalent management role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields
  • Strong personnel management and communication skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Successful quota achievement
