As the Manager, Solutions Consulting, you will assist in growing our Digital Solutions Consulting team and SC Academy program, hiring a team of top-notch individuals starting their careers in Solutions Consulting, and leading them through the program. Through continuous coaching, feedback, and other Pega enablement resources, you’ll guide them through an immersive program of extensive learning, customer engagement, and other activities as you prepare them for a role in the field. A major component of the program is leading the team’s efforts to support sales, marketing and other functions, including delivering demos across our Platform, AI, Robotics and CRM solutions, workshops, webinars, marketing events, internal trainings & other activities.

What You'll Do at Pega:
- Lead and prepare individuals with the skills and abilities to be a Digital Solutions Consultant and eventually transition to a field Solutions Consultant role.
- Coach & mentor a team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of customer activities, including product demonstrations, workshops, RFx, webinars, marketing events, and other activities.
- Work with product teams, leadership, and other resources to ensure support & success of your team’s activities and needs.
Who You Are:
- Demonstrated experience managing and /or building a team of Solutions Consultants within a growing organization.
- Throughout your career, you have developed the ability to manage complex initiatives, while effectively leading people and teams.
- Passionate about people & technology, you have technical/business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development.
- You enjoy growing and developing people towards successful careers in Solutions Consulting.
What You've Accomplished:
- 5+ years of experience working with leading enterprise technology.
- Experience leading pre-sales/Solutions Consulting teams and helping them develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems.
- Experience delivering customer focused presentations and custom demonstrations.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in technology solutions.
