RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the social media expert within the company, maintaining a cutting-edge understanding of best practices, features, strategies, and tactics
  • Conceptualize, plan and execute all social media content on all active channels, including a well-articulated approach for growing followers, engagement, revenue, traffic, and customer acquisition
  • Create and manage the social media calendar based on the company’s product marketing priorities and broader cultural trends, including being an integral part of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Design and execute routine social mediareporting on key metrics, including growth in fans/followers, engagement, traffic, and revenue
  • Develop and help create social media content with bloggers and influencers that are aligned with the brand and business goals
  • Identify a social listening tool/platform to identify trends and measure brand KPIs
  • Create and share out weekly performance reporting, including with senior leadership
  • Develop a rigorous approach for experimenting, testing and measuring social media features
  • Identify and specify product features/app development required to support social marketing

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years working directly on social media and digital strategy
  • Both creative and data-driven mindset, understanding of social media analytic tools and how to apply learnings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company with multiple business verticals
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize and deliver against changing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and aggressive deadlines
  • Existing Influencer relations and experience
  • Strong initiative to drive results, solve problems and consistently follow-through
  • Well-versed in social media and digital technologies, constantly informed on industry developments, including consumer trends and new technologies
  • Ability to lead and develop direct reports, experience managing and working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience as a blogger, vlogger or other social influencer a huge plus
  • Photography and videography skills a plus
