Job Summary:

Manages Temple Health brand/entity/service line social mediachannels to build reputation and generate patient growth. Serves as central resource for social media strategy and best practice development. Develops/pilots new social media initiatives and channels for Temple Health. 

Job Responsibilities:

- Manages Temple Health brand/entity/service line social mediachannels to build reputation and generate patient growth. Develops native social media content and re-purposes existing and offline content for social media use. Develops and maintains editorial standards/guidelines and content calendars to ensure optimized/targeted messaging across various social mediachannels.

- Monitors/responds to online comments and reviews to enhance patient experience and improve online ratings.

- Collaborates with othersocial media activities performed by Communications, Institutional Advancement, and Human Resources to support reputation, fundraising, and recruitment objectives.

- Serves as central resource for social media strategy and best practice development.

- Manages Temple Health social media analytics, tagging/tracking, and reporting. Converts findings into ongoing enhancements to social media strategy and tactics.

- Develops/distributes social media analytics dashboards for key Temple Health stakeholders and leadership.

- Manages 3rd-party agency/consultant relationships to supportTemple Health social media strategy planning and implementation.

- Works with Operations and otherTemple Health stakeholders to develop/implement/track efforts to enhance online reputation.

- Develops/pilots new social media initiatives and channels for Temple Health.

- Works withTemple Health stakeholders to identify and engage with targeted online communities for patients and other key audiences.

- SupportsotherTemple Health digitalmarketing initiatives when appropriate.

Minimum qualifications required to be considered:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Web, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or other related area (Required)

- 5 Years’ experience in a relevant professional role (Required)

- General Experience and understanding of social media and Web behavior for healthcare consumer audience (Required)

- General Experience managing social mediachannels and developing social media content for healthcare consumer audience (Required)

- General Experience managing social media strategy for healthcare consumer audience (Required)

- General Experience with methods to monitor, measure, and enhance online reputation for healthcare consumer audience (Required)

- General Experience with monitoring and responding to online comments and reviews from healthcare consumer audience (Required)

- General Experience with social media platform analytics (e.g. Facebook, Twitter), Google Analytics, and using digital metrics to refine and optimize content to support business objectives (Required)
