The Manager, Business Systems leads a team responsible for solving strategic business process problems by gathering requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and designing and deploying process and system enhancements. This role will have oversight over all Sales and Marketing applications including, DocuSign, and SpringCM among other business enablement solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute overall Sales and Marketing IT and business process strategy
  • Lead a team of System Engineers and Admins within the Information Systems department to effectively deliver on strategic objectives
  • Manage all aspects of the CyrusOne's SFDC Sales Cloud instance including end-user support, upgrades, and deployment of new functionality
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders in the Sales, Account Management, Implementations, Solutions Engineering, and Ordering groups to drive automation and cost-cutting initiatives
  • Design and deliver efficiencies in the overall Order-to-Cash process as the primary SME
  • Manage vendor relationships including licensing negotiations and incident resolutions to facilitate an ongoing healthy partnership between companies
  • Support all application integrations within the ecosystem
  • Perform data analysis of assigned functions including reviewing of financial, operational, sales/marketing data and provide insight and corrective actions for identified issues as necessary
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external business partners
  • Produce verbal and written project updates such as status reports, progress reports and other project documentation to Executive Management
  • Ensure SOX controls are understood and kept up to date, and manage internal and external audits for applicable systems and processes
  • Lead special projects that may include RFP management, acquisition integrations, new software deployments, and business process automation

Experience Skills:

  • Experience managing a team of Admins
  • Outstanding Process Engineering and Business Analyst skills
  • Possess strong customer service orientation, demonstrate a full understanding of the needs of both internal and external customers
  • Display strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage special, complex projects that are large in scope
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, multi-tasking, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • Advance computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Process Engineer, and/or Business Analyst
  • At least 3 years' experience managing a team of systems administrators
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the SFDC Ecosystem
  • Experience with DocuSign, SpringCM, SFDC Communities, Xactly, and Zendesk preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Six Sigma and/or PMP certifications a plus.
