In this role, you will lead the West Coast Sales Recruiting teams and work with other department leaders to develop strong business relationships. Ability to prioritize workload for your team, and develop process efficiencies are a must. This position will regularly interface and exchange information with senior levels of management with a demonstrated understanding of how hiring impacts revenue goals.


  • Hire, mentor, and professionally develop a team of sales recruiters who are responsible for high-volume hiring goals in assigned offices.
  • Continually evaluate recruiting processes and procedures and find opportunities for improvements.
  • Develop and implement projects to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team including: University recruiting programming, Referral Programs, Recruiting Events, Employer Branding, Social Media outreach, KPI Development, Candidate Experience, etc.
  • Inspire and lead a team of recruiters to hire five-star sales talent in a fast paced and rapidly scaling business through consistent coaching and development.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and champion streamlined practices, workflows, and metrics to measure success
  • Collaborate with peers and the extended team to contribute to the overall sales recruiting strategy.
  • Maintain standardized full-cycle recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice.
  • Evaluate recruiting efforts to continually improve the process and quality of talent brought into the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure familiarity with the recruitmentprocess; share data and progress through quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients toensure achievement of recruitment goals.
  • Oversee team’s candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and workwith vendor and HR Tech team for tool improvements.


  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a recruiting management capacity, 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, in-house experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing remote teams required, 10+ direct reports.
  • Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle, high volume recruiting process required.
  • Expert knowledge and execution of University recruiting.
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and understanding of talent acquisition metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships.
  • Technical expertise to be able to demonstrate the product and explain the business and economic benefits.
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Proficiency with OSX and Google suite.
  • Knowledge of HR tech landscape and prior experience working with and implementing an ATS a plus.
  • High EQ and a demonstrated pattern of positively mentoring others around you.
  • Must be knowledgeable and proficient in employment law and immigration requirements.
  • Some travel required.
