Essential job functions:

  • Develop sales quotas based on performance history, territory potential data and sales management input
  • Supports territory realignments through identifying territory changes, updating territory maps and communication of territory changes to stakeholders
  • Supports sales force productivity analytics
  • Supports the sales planning and execution process and the comp design and administration process
  • Supports market data analysis for sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Assists sales management with district and sales representative transitions
  • Assist with contract administration and support of other sales operations process
  • Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner  
  • Recommend innovative process/reporting solutions that will enhance the current approach
  • Analyze sales through trend analysis, field input and adhoc reporting
  • Provide ad hoc sales analysis as requested

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in finance, sales operations or an equivalent combination of work related experience
  • Experience in business analysis including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting
  • Excellent technical knowledge of financial systems and business processes 
  • Ability to perform multiple stage projects to their completion.
  • Ability to distill large amounts of data into useful analysis
  • Excellent planning, organization and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel required
  • Strength of character; must be tough-minded and unafraid to state opinion
  • Solid work ethic with a high level of energy; can take a “roll-up-the-sleeves” approach
