Reporting to the Associate Director, Sales Operations, this position is primarily focused on customer master data integrity and support of all business rules governing Avanir’s Master Data Management (MDM) environment with special attention to establishing and maintaining data quality standards for commercial data and tactical program execution. Health Care Provider (HCP) license validation for targeting and sample eligibility in addition to data investigations both internal and with 3rd parties. Manage vendor responsible for processing change requests.
Create reports and analytics to support various sales operations functions such as Speaker Bureau, Sample Management, Territory Alignments and other ad hoc requests.
In addition, this position will have significant interaction with members of the sales force and sales force management, through both email and phone. Successful performance of this role is critical to the efficiency and satisfaction of the sales force as well as other internal users of MDM data.

Assist in the development and maintenance of territory alignments.
Partner with Business Analyst on larger alignment projects.
Research and make recommendations on quarterly alignment changes.
Learn and use alignment tool (currently JTD).
Monitor Service Now / DCR Process within Veeva.
Assign to individuals in commercial operations / vendor.
Complete any requests in area of responsibility (HCP / Data Investigations).
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years combined experience with primary roles in sales operations, commercial analytics, or related analytical functions.
- Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Life Sciences experience preferred.
