About the Role:

Due to high demand of our product and rapid growth, OneLogin is looking for a competent and effective sales leader to help manage, coach and support our already quota beating SDR team! Our Sales Development team is tight-knit, smart, hardworking and eager to learn from an experienced sales professional. This critical leadership role is a key contributor in building and executing a sales development plan to hit company lead targets. We are looking for a positive, sales oriented leader with integrity who is invested in the success of their team by being committed to growing and developing our next account executives.  You will be apart team of experienced sales development managers to help foster the expansion of the team. The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years experience leading a top performing Outbound SDR team
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a winner’s attitude
  • The ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation within your team
  • Highly productive metrics driven approach to daily management 
  • Passionate about coaching young hungry sales professionals
  • Strength in working with cross functionally including executive management, sales, operations, and marketing teams
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to craft the perfect simple prospecting email or in-depth CIO objection response
  • Experience in creating & managing reports in SFDC, Outreach, RingCentral
  • Experience in targeting IT executives with technology, enterprise software and services solutions
  • Positive, professional and competitive spirit about the tech startup world!

Responsibilities:

  • Help hire, coach, train & manage a team of 7 SDRs
  • Collaborate with Director and Sales Development Management Team to build outbound prospecting campaigns 
  • Partner with the field sales organization to ensure goals, deliverables and expectations are aligned and met
  • Weekly communications with sales executives and sales operations on SQL attainments
  • Define and deploy best practice prospecting methodologies and processes across all aspects of the lead generation workflow
  • Passionately engage with the Sales Development team in day-to-day, hands-on prospecting activities to demonstrate best practices and show how results can be achieved
  • Stay abreast on industry best practices, technologies and methodologies and ensure these are adopted as appropriate into our lead generation processes
  • Exceed quota!!!

Success Metrics:

  • Meetings accepted by Sales team
  • Penetration of Target Accounts
  • Team development
