Key Deliverables: o Lead implementation and evolution of Strategic Account Planning framework with all HA and CE account teams o Build and lead Joint Business Planning engagements with targeted HA and CE accounts o Field train account teams on SC&O content, drive platform usage, embed associated management routines o Tailor any sales capability program so they align to individual account team and customer operating nuances o Build collaborative partnerships within SEA to provide holistic and integrated sales capability solutions o Weekly/ Monthly reporting with SC&O Director as well as with assigned HA and/or CE leadership on performance with SC&O platform items Minimum Requirements: • At least a bachelor's Degree in Business, comparable from a top tier university; MBA preferred • 7+ years of total experience with 2-4 years in matrixed organizations, such as Consumer Electronics, Software, Telecommunications and CPG • Desirable to have 2+ years of tactical sales or management consulting background • Direct experience with sales, account management, strategy setting and business planning • Proven track record engaging cross-functional teams and an ability to successfully implement strategic ideas • Willingness to travel up to 25%, within North America
Necessary Skills / Attributes Necessary Skills / Attributes • Ability to listen well, think strategically and creatively to solve problems and generate action through influence o Well-developed oral presentation skills; comfort presenting to senior executives on a regular basis • Excel in judgment for balancing competing priorities and advance what matters most • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt as necessary • Analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills; Quantitative analysis skills to guide data-driven decision making • Experience selling-in business plans and proposals to senior-level leaders Strong interpersonal and partner relationship skills, following a Consultative approach. • Ability to develop strong value proposition messaging, collateral generation, customer/partner presentations. • Highly proficient at PowerPoint presentation creation • A Positive, “Roll up the Sleeves” attitude, results-oriented approach to business • A “tough-skinned” ability to overcome obstacles, ambiguity, and continuous change • The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous product performance projects. • Ability to lead and direct the activities of members in order to achieve customer business objectives and team goals and to complete assigned projects within established time frames and specifications.
