    Assist in tracking of multi-regional performance metrics including distribution to SVPs and RVPs and Senior Directors.
    Provide administrative executive support to management team members as needed.
    General administrative responsibilities (telephone coverage, mail, filing, copying).
    Schedule meeting, catering and conference room setup for management and consulting staff.
    Provide support in meeting and pre-presentation arrangements such as: laptop set up, catering needs, reservations and itinerary management, and related administrative support.
    Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executive and group support for the team.
    Audit and process expense reports for staff personnel; follow up to resolve exceptions.
    Manage the generation and flow of internal and external written communication.
    Maintain and order supplies.
    Provide presentation and reporting support.
    Develop, execute status reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis as needed.
    Coordinate new hire set-up.
    Project management that will include development, status reporting and monitoring of special initiatives.
    Manage and maintain customer files and solution support files.
    Provide collaborative interaction and communication with administrative staff in other departments and locations.
    Coordinate functions with other administrative support personnel including providing support during lunch, vacation, switchboard, etc.
    Pre-sales support including proposal development.
    Customer contact management including creation and maintenance of tickler file and sales reference coordination.


    Degree or work equivalent preferred.
    Min of 10 years management administrative support or related experience required.
    Manage confidential information and activity with extreme professionalism.
    Strong administrative skills with expertise in Word, Excel, and Power Point required. Knowledge in Lotus Notes, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Access preferred.
    Proven ability be able to multiple task, problem solve, be a self-starter with minimal supervision and interface with all levels of management.
    Must possess professional, polished, presentation with exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
    Must possess a strong degree of business acumen.
    Provide professional communication and customer service at a senior management support level.
    Proven organizational skills with extremely strong attention to all details.
    Must be able to provide internal and external customer support at all levels.
    Ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding technical work environment.
