Job Description

This manager is responsible for achieving team sales goals within a defined geographic area. As the primary level sales manager, the person in this position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the field sales organization.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.
  • Review and approve or reject sales agreements based on factors such as profitability.
  • May have direct selling responsibility in key accounts.
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives.


Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.
