The Manager of Residential Customer Operations will lead the Residential Dealer- Distribution Customer Service and Warranty Administration team to continue best in class customer support. This includes strategic leadership in support of key company initiatives and team effectiveness in support of our customers. This position will ensure our Dealer and Distributor partners experience world class performance in delivery, service, warranty, new product introductions and technology. This includes maintaining positive relationships with our customers, appropriate industry associations and WaterFurnace associates. This is a significant role serving a major business segment and potential market growth for WaterFurnace.
