Menorah Medical Center located in overland Park, Kansas, is a 175-bed, acute care hospital.  MMC has a comprehensive medical staff with more than 600 physicians who offer exceptional experiences and extraordinary medicine for adults, newborns, children and teens.


TheQuality Managerfacilities organizational performance in areas of clinical quality, core measures, regulatory readiness, and compliance. This position works collaboratively with leadership, quality outcomes, personnel, PI teams/committees, and with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to facilitate clinical excellence and the analysis ofprocesses impacting patient outcomes. TheQuality Manager assists with achieving compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards by collecting, analyzing, andreporting data through the hospital quality program. Develops and delivers education to appropriate staff members and physicians related to quality indicators, core measures and regulatory compliance. This position utilizes existing software (e.g. Meditech, Comet) to assist in the collection and analysis of data for performance patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Thesupport the office of medical staff by providing performance and outcome data used in the physician re-credentialing process and peer review. They also coordinate and serves multiple quality, PI, and patient safety committees, assists in conducting RCA’s and provides analytical skills and appropriate statistical knowledge to project design. 

Key functions include: Performance Improvement, Data Analysis, Data Base Management, and Regulatory Compliance

Minimum Requirements:  


 Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related field is required.

Masters                              preferred.                                         Licensure/       Certifications:  None  


Minimum of 5 years hospital systems experience working with a variety of                             

constituents in standard setting and implementation.                             

  Master's Degree coursework will be accepted in lieu of experience.
