Under the direction of the Sr. Medical Director of Quality, Safety & Pt. Experience and the Director of Quality and Population Health Management, manages the details of quality measurement and reporting at Atrius Health, including researching and evaluating new quality programs, modeling performance on existing and new metrics, understanding financial impact on the broader value based program involvement. The manager is responsible for remaining current on contractual changes in certain programs and quality metrics and translating metric performance into potential actions plans to Quality, Safety & Pt Experience and Population Health Services leadership to achieve the various quality program goals.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health preferred.
Position requires a positive attitude and the ability to make timely decisions. Demonstrated success in synthesizing and presenting complex ideas and projects to individuals at all levels and a variety of disciplines. Must possess communication and presentation skills exemplified by timely follow-up, meeting participation, effective negotiating skills, ability to summarize and frame issues, discussion and conclusions. Should possess a collaborative style with a history of developing and maintaining good relationships, and being accessible to staff, managers, physicians, and colleagues. Requires ability to accomplish objectives in a complex organizational structure and ability to communicate about, and follow through on, difficult decisions with thoughtful consideration, respect, and fairness.
