POSITION SUMMARYRadiology Partners is seeking a Manager, Provider Enrollment who will be responsible for the provider enrollment process for the entire practice. This individual will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of the entire Provider Enrollment team in accordance with the Practice's overall business plan. The perfect individual will love setting the right structure and processes for the team, monitor and drive the team based on metrics, and be willing to dive into the details when issues occur. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Train, develop, and manage Provider Enrollment team Create relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization Manage relationships with vendors outside organization completing provider enrollment work Create and teach new processes to ensure a streamlined Provider Enrollment process to minimize revenue losses or delays Develop necessary reporting to manage team effectively Ensure new physicians are being enrolled with payors appropriately to avoid revenue delays or losses Develop and manage standard audit processes to ensure quality Deliver high quality service to operations team and ensure tight enrollment deadlines are met Anticipate the impact of contract changes and communicate that to the team Assist with new practice partnerships to insure uninterrupted revenue flow Provide updates on enrollmnet status to RCM leadership team DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5 - 7 years of Physician Provider Enrollment experience 3+ years of experience leading a Provider Enrollment team of 5 or more individuals Experience working with and managing vendor relationships Possess experience working with large, rapidly growing physician groups Working knowledge of professional Provider Enrollment requirements, policies, and procedures Ability to analyze data, find trends and communicate those trends to stakeholders Should be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment Experience with CAQH, NPPES, CMS, PECOS, and a credentialing/enrollment software, required Experience with ECHO One APP Pro, preferred Ability to train and support teammates daily Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities Superior communication skills Creative problem solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles to ensure quick response Experience with designing and implementing processes Data driven mind set for reporting and metrics Hands on professional with attention to detail Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to travel 5-10% of the time Aligns with and exemplifies Radiology Partner's core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, Service and Accountability Radiology Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
