Prefer to have:
- Architectural, Engineering or Construction degree or experience
- Must have 3+ years of architectural, engineering or construction work experience
- Must have worked in or have experience in Industrial Manufacturing
- Has familiarity in the biopharmaceutical, semi-conductor, food or beverage industries (a plus not a requirement)
