Job Description

Job Summary:

Lead with us at The Walt Disney Company as the Manager of Product to Market Operations in Global Product. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Vertical Operations, you'll unlock and enable crucial product development initiatives that will equip us to realize short-term and long-term growth in products, while we deliver innovation, increased value, and leverage to the organization. This role will be responsible for a team where we are focused on critical timeline aspects of product creation for a globally leveraged product line, including the management of the product go-to-market calendars and project management across multiple functions within the organization and outside of it.

This is a Full Time role.

You Will:

  • Drive Product Creation and Development Product To Market (PTM) Calendar
  • Manage PTM Processes and Ways of Working
  • Provide Line of Sight & Critical Connection Across Global Product and Consumer Products Games & Publishing (CPGP)
  • Build and Engage a Highly Effective Team to Unlock Value

You Will Have:

  • 4+ years of successful experience leading moderate to complex operations and projects collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to create visually-compelling presentations.
  • Expertise in project management, effectively delivering complex projects on time.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective teams and fostering cross-team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with large matrixed organizations.
  • Team player with a track record of building strong partnerships.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study is required
