Square Enix is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Marketing team in El Segundo, CA. The ideal candidate should have a sharp marketing mind, a passion for creativity, and strong presentation skills. The Product Manager will create and execute marketing strategies and tactics across North America on a title-by-title basis.

  • Self-starter who excels in autonomy and is able to lead with little supervision
  • Able to review media campaign metrics against industry benchmarks and recommend necessary changes to optimize
  • Ability to travel within US, Canada, and Latin America
  • Understanding of brand marketing concepts, especially as it relates to consumer products
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information
  • Literate in MS Office and Adobe applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop)


  • Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, including P&Ls, marketing plans, and budgets
  • Define product features and direction, establishing long-term goals and brand metrics for success
  • Lead the development and execution of the North American go-to-market strategy and planning, including product positioning, media, events, creative, packaging, promotional, and PR programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and outside vendors to deliver a fully integrated product launch
  • Work closely with development teams on product positioning, features, enhancements, and timelines
  • Provide strategic and creative direction to design and produce packaging, point-of-purchase displays, and sales collateral
  • Lead market research, forecasting, and other analysis to determine how best to drive awareness and sales
  • Prepare post mortems with the ability to speak to each activity in detail
  • Assist with the development/direction of Associates and Coordinator-level team members
  • Other related duties as required


  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred or equivalent experiencerequired)
  • Minimum of 5~7 years of marketing consumer brands and product management in gaming, entertainment, or a consumer product company preferred
