Job Summary

Manages the development of product marketing plans and promotional activities that will influence the direction of the field sales force. Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace. Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Interacts with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments. Manages the activities of individual contributors or supervisors in a section or department with accountability for goals, objectives, and operational policies. May participate in the development of functional strategy. Has responsibility for hiring, termination, performance, and salary decisions.

  • The Manager Product Marketing manages the development of strategic marketing plans, promotional offers and marketing programs to achieve gross add growth within the Boost Prepaid marketing organization.
  • Successful candidate will be able to analyze market opportunities, industry trends, perform data analytics and apply learnings to formalize and implement marketing strategies in an effort to drive gross adds and profitability.
  • Relentlessly drive growth through creative thinking, test-and-learn methodology and rapid execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies and programs are delivered on time and drive desired outcomes

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
  • Five years experience with product marketing
  • Three years supervisory or management experience
  • Two years project management experience
